CAMP FEE: $25.00 per player

For Campers entering 2nd – 5th Grade in fall of 2021:

Blue & Black Middle School Camp July 19th - 21st

CAMP FEE: $45.00 per player

For Campers entering 6th – 8th Grade in fall of 2021:

Blue & Black High School Camp July 19th-22st

CAMP FEE: $60.00 per player

4:00 PM – 6:10 PM, July 19-21

Jamboree: July 22nd from 7:00 am-4:30 pm: 10th-12 graders will travel to Billings

Parent Release I hereby authorize my son’s participation in this camp. I know of no mental or physical problems that may affect my child’s ability to safely participate. I understand Hunter Chandler does not furnish personal insurance for the participants, and I also hereby authorize Hunter Chandler and his staff to act for my son according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. Neither my son nor I will hold Hunter Chandler or his staff responsible for any liabilities for injuries, illnesses, or expenses incurred while attending this camp.
